Eslinger Law Firm, LLC provides compassionate, competent legal services to individuals and families who want to plan for their own futures and protect the loved ones they leave behind.  

 

SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING

We are passionate about helping individuals with special needs and their families.  These individuals face unique challenges, and we are knowledgeable of and experienced in the areas of law that impact this population.  We advise clients about the availability of public benefits such as Medicaid, Medicaid Waivers and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), establish special needs trusts, and obtain guardianships when needed.  We provide families with direction, information, and a plan which maximizes benefits available to the individual with special needs while maintaining as much of their independence and dignity as possible.

ELDER LAW

With over 15 years of experience, we use our knowledge about estate planning and public benefits to help individuals who need long term care either at home, in an assisted living facility or in a nursing home.  We educate individuals about the benefits available to pay for long term care, including Medicaid, advise individuals about asset protection, and assist clients with the Medicaid application process.

ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE

We work with individuals and couples to create individualized estate plans to fit their specific needs and circumstances.  This often includes a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Trusts.  We also help families navigate the legal system to ensure a smooth and timely administration of the estate or trust when a loved one dies.
